At Jule's Tomato Sauce, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order arrives damaged or doesn't meet our quality standards, we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of why you would like to return the product.

  Provide Documentation

  For damaged items, please attach clear photos of the packaging and the product so we can process your claim with the carrier.

  Receive Authorization

  Once approved, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label if applicable.

  Refund Processing

  After we receive your returned items at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
